14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our coaching services and offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients. If you are not completely satisfied with your coaching program within the first 14 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee, you must:

  • Be a new client enrolling in a coaching program for the first time
  • Submit your refund request within 14 days of your enrollment date
  • Have attended at least one scheduled coaching session
  • Have made a good faith effort to engage with the program
  • Submit a written refund request explaining your reasons
  • Not have violated our Terms of Use

Exclusions

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

  • Returning clients who have previously used our services
  • Clients who have requested refunds for multiple programs
  • Clients who failed to attend scheduled sessions without notice
  • Cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the guarantee
  • Special promotions or discounted programs unless otherwise stated

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee or for other eligible circumstances, please follow these steps:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your coaching program subscription at any time. Our cancellation policy varies based on timing and circumstances.

Monthly Subscription Cancellations

For month-to-month coaching programs:

  • You will be billed for the current billing cycle
  • Access continues through the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • You may restart your subscription at any time

Prepaid Program Cancellations

For programs paid in advance for multiple months:

  • Refunds are prorated based on unused months
  • A cancellation fee may apply
  • No refunds for completed months of service
  • Written cancellation request required
  • Processing time of 10-14 business days

Individual Session Cancellations

For scheduled coaching sessions:

  • Provide at least 24 hours advance notice
  • Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty
  • Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions
  • Emergency situations are handled case-by-case
  • No-shows are not eligible for makeup sessions

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Completed coaching sessions and consultations
  • Digital materials and resources already accessed
  • Custom meal plans and nutrition assessments delivered
  • Administrative and setup fees
  • Third-party services or products purchased through us
  • Promotional items or bonuses received
  • Services rendered more than 14 days prior

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. We will consider refund requests outside our standard policy for:

Medical Reasons

If you experience a serious medical condition that prevents you from continuing coaching:

  • Provide medical documentation from a healthcare provider
  • We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused services
  • Option to pause your program instead of canceling

Relocation or Life Changes

For significant life changes affecting your ability to participate:

Service Quality Issues

If you experience issues with service quality:

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge:

  • Contact us first before initiating a chargeback
  • Most billing issues can be resolved quickly
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • You may be responsible for chargeback fees
  • We will provide documentation to support legitimate charges

Program Transfers

In limited circumstances, you may transfer your program to another person:

  • Written approval from RealLife Nutrition required
  • Transfer fee may apply
  • New client must complete initial assessment
  • Transfer must be for the same program level
  • No refunds available after transfer is complete

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify our services, programs, and pricing:

  • We will provide advance notice of significant changes
  • Existing clients may be grandfathered at current rates
  • You may cancel if you disagree with changes
  • Changes are not applied retroactively

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds may be available if services cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Limitations

Please note the following limitations on refunds:

  • Satisfaction guarantee available only once per client
  • Maximum refund amount limited to fees paid in past 12 months
  • No interest paid on refunded amounts
  • Refunds issued in original currency of payment
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations are not compensated
  • Tax implications of refunds are your responsibility
